CHESS candidate forums
Students will have the opportunity to meet each of the four candidates who are in the running to become the new dean of the College of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences in the coming weeks.
All student forums will take place in Room 1200 of the Palumbo Academic Center.
The forum for Linda Fleming, Ph.D., will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday.
Students will get a chance to become acquainted with Yvonne Murnane, Ph.D., at 3:30 p.m. Monday.
Beth Aracena, Ph.D., will be represented 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14.
Finally, the forum for Jeffrey Breese, Ph.D., will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20.

Annual Wellness Fair
Gannon University’s annual Wellness Fair will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Yehl Ballroom in the Waldron Campus Center.
The theme of this year’s fair is “Leap into fitness.”
Free healthy refreshments will be provided and each attendee will have the chance to win prizes.
Wellness screenings and personal health risk assessments will also be available.
Several organizations will be represented at this year’s event, including UPMC Hamot, YMCA and LECOM.

Registration for Lil’ Sibs
Students interested in inviting their younger siblings to participate in the Activities Prorgramming Board’s Little Sibs weekend must complete a registration form by Wednesday. Information can be picked up in the APB office in the Waldron Campus Center and any questions can be sent to [email protected].

English Dept. Poetry Contest
Students combing their creative genes are asked to submit up to two poems for the 2012  Poetry Contest, sponsored by the Gannon English department. Interested writers should turn in their submitted work by 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, in Room 3227 in the Palumbo Academic Center.
Contest winners will be announced at the Awards Night Celebration at 7:30 p.m. April 18, in the Yehl Ballroom. First prize for undergraduate poetry is $100.
