Gannon University’s International Student Office (ISO) and the Global Unity at Gannon University Club (GU2) are set to host the Annual International Night at 5:45 p.m. Saturday in the Hammermill Center.
International Night is a celebration of international food, culture and performances from nearly 30 different countries. The theme this year is “A Taste of Harmony,” and the international food buffet will begin at 6 p.m.
Featured dishes from India, Nepal, Mexico, Jordan, Iraq, Vietnam, Turkey, China, Japan, Ukraine, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Libya and others will be included in this year’s buffet.
Performances will begin at 7:15 p.m. and will consist of classical Indian Odissi Dancers, Long’s School of Irish Dance, Erie Wiwaty Polish Folk Dancers and more.
Tickets are on sale now and will not be sold at the door this year, however. All interested participants must purchase tickets online prior to arriving at the event at gannontickets.com.
Ticket prices are $14 for adults, $9 for college students, $7 for children 5 and up and children under 5 are free.
