The Erie Chamber Orchestra of Gannon University is excited to offer a wonderful blend of unique and traditional repertoire, as well as begin a new era under the baton of Matthew Kraemer.
The Erie Chamber Orchestra, formerly known as the Erie Bayfront Orchestra, was founded in 1978 by Bruce Morton Wright. It was started with the mission to ensure that high-quality orchestra music would always be available to everyone in the Erie community, no matter their age, income, education or cultural background.
Concerts are always free of charge and are presented in various locations around the city. Now, as part of Gannon University, this mission will continue as the orchestra begins a new era in its 35th season.
Those interested are encouraged to find and “like” the Erie Chamber Orchestra on Facebook.
