Eclipse
With the Eclipse just shy of a week away, be sure to have the proper eye wear. Gannon University is holding different viewings as follows;
McConnell Family Stadium | 1 – 4 p.m.
Gannon students, faculty and staff only.
Friendship Green | 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
Gannon students, faculty and staff only.
Experience Children’s Museum | 1 – 4 p.m.
Gannon students and staff from the School of Education will be providing a safe, kid-friendly viewing experience for the community.
Leadership Christian Academy | 1 – 4 p.m.
As one of the engineering teams of the Nationwide Eclipse Balloon Project (NEBP) funded by NASA, Gannon faculty/staff/students from the School of Engineering will be launching a high-altitude weather balloon to capture the eclipse moment on real-time video from near space and live broadcast on YouTube.
Day of Caring
Day of Caring will be on Saturday, April 20th, scheduled 8am to noon. Registration for the campus wide event will end on April 8th.
