As a graduating senior, Gannon’ Campus has been a big part of my life for the last four years. Here are some photos highlighting spots on campus that are very important to me.
Starting with the brick path towards Finnegan, the dorm that I lived in for freshman year. Finnegan, with its charming brick walls, is a dorm with a diverse student population. As a person from a small town all of my life, moving to Finnegan and living amongst students from all over the world was a great experience and allowed me to grow my knowledge of the world. The sun sets over the horizon in front of Zurn. The picnic tables provided a great place to hang out with friends in between classes. As they are empty, many happy memories still remain (Kiley Williams)

The flowers bloom on the trees at Millionaire’s Row, on 6th street. The beautiful houses and landscaping provide a great place to go on many long walks to talk to friends (Kiley Williams)
Many late and caffeine filled nights were spent at NASH Library. While usually not wanting to be there, I still have a soft spot for the library for the beautiful sunsets illuminating the 3rd floor at the end of the day and to the times of going a little crazy with friends studying for finals in study rooms. The library provides a place with a sense of unspoken togetherness even when studying alone (Kiley Williams)
AJ’ Way, the path that every Gannon student walks to get to classes. In between afternoon classes, it never fails to see you one you know going down the path. The tall trees and blooming flowers offer a peaceful green space in an urban area to unwind (Kiley Williams)
Zurn Science Center, a core building for me as a biology student. I remember going to my first college lab and being so nervous. Now as a senior, having done many labs, working and doing research there, Zurn has been a place for me to grow academically (Kiley Williams)
While being away from family was hard, Metz Cafeteria provided a place to gather with friends for dinner just like a family. I will miss the ice cream bar, and the many laughter-filled meals (Kiley Williams)
“ at the Gannon Arch,” a saying heard many times throughout my college career. The arch was the start of many fun adventures. From going to research conferences, to the Yellowstone National Park GIFT trip, ABP trips, volunteering for GIVE Day, and just meeting up with friends to hang out. As my time ends at Gannon, the arch will remain standing as a landmark for many new beginnings (Kiley Williams)
Kiley Williams is this academic years Photographer for The Gannon Knight. Kiley is a junior biology major from St. Mary’s PA. A fun fact about Kiley is that she can drive a forklift.
