Erie, PA. – After the well-received release of her hit album Mayhem, Lady Gaga announced her upcoming 2025 Mayhem Ball Tour.
Just a few weeks after Mayhem’s release, Little Monsters (Lady Gaga’s fanbase) won’t have to wait long to hear all the album’s songs performed on the big stage. The mega pop star revealed plans for the tour on her Instagram account.
“I wasn’t planning to tour this year after my shows in Singapore, but the incredible response to the new album inspired me to keep things going,” Gaga wrote. According to her post, the global tour was planned in just a few weeks.
As its name suggests, the Mayhem Ball Tour will focus heavily on her latest hit album, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 when it was released in March.
According to the singer’s official website, Gaga will make five stops in the U.S. during the tour, including Las Vegas, Seattle, New York City, Chicago, and Miami.
A special feature of the tour is that all concerts will be held in arenas instead of stadiums. “We chose arenas this time to give me the opportunity to control the details of the show in a way you simply can’t in stadiums,” Gaga said in her social media post. “This show is designed to be the kind of theatrical and electrifying experience that brings Mayhem to life exactly how I envision it.”
After the last U.S. show in Chicago, the tour will continue to London, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Antwerp, Lyon, and Berlin before concluding in Paris in November.
Before kicking off the tour with her first shows in Las Vegas from July 16 to 18, Gaga will perform at Coachella on April 18. She will also visit other countries, including Mexico, Brazil, and Singapore.
Released on March 7, Mayhem was considered a successful comeback for Gaga. The album dominated the Billboard Hot 100 and debuted at No. 1 on Top Dance Albums. Mayhem also earned Gaga her seventh career Billboard 200 No. 1, tying her with Janet Jackson for the fifth-most among women in the chart’s history (which dates to 1956). Beyond its commercial success, the album has been well-received by critics and general audiences and is seen as Gaga’s return to dark pop.
