“I plan to vote because our republic constitutes that our appointed leaders come from the aggregate voter, not just a subset. Statistics show that in 2016, roughly 55% of Americans voted that had eligibility, and clearly this will result in a skewed outcome relative to popular opinion. As American voters, despite my lack of fixation on politics, I think it is best that we educate ourselves on canditates and apply that to our vote.”
